NORTH  (360 )  Bridge cutting machine monoblock  ... 

The Bridge cutting machine monoblock structure of a completely steel chassis with no vibration provides a sensitive and rapid processing.

( AUTOMATIC ) The system takes the automatic mode, the hive moves manually down, the wagon moves automatically and starts to cut the salab and once the blade goes out of the slab it turns back to the start point and waites there.

( Semi-automatic ) The sizing data is entered on the screen and the system takes the sizing mode. The slab sizes are entered, the saw goes automatically down and starts to cut the slab and once it goes out of it, the hive moves automatically upwards and the saw goes to the start point. The bridge counts the required sizes and the hive comes down and starts to cut again. The Cutting work goes on till the given sizes and pieces are completely done.

( X-Y Full Automatic ) The screen takes the full automatic mode, the X-Y data is entered, the wanted length and pieces of the slab is enetered. The hive goes automatically down, the saw moves automatically and starts cutting the slab. Once finished, the hive moves automatically upwards and the saw goes back to the start point. Tour motor counts the sizes and the hive moves down again ( After the X cutting is done the system turns automatically the head saw and starts the Y sizing and it goes on like that till the work is completely done.)

 ( XY FULLY AUTOMATIC DOUBLE SIDED 4 SIDES 45 DRAIN ) Our machine has a 4 45 degree profile for taking the marble without carrying it, and when it is entered into the DOUBLE DIRECTIONAL CUTTING Mode, which is the XY leading preference, the carriage is cut 180 degrees while it is going and the wagon is coming back, this process is done and the xy axis Sled beheading and pickpocketing to cut at different sizes at the same time. THE PRODUCT IS REGISTERED WITH TURKISH PATENT. Our machine rails are V-channeled and surface.

The Steel is completely used over the Monoblock Bridge Cutting Machine, reinforced with Anti-rust epoxi paint, special LINER RAY system, protective integrative system.

Our Machine works with 90 and 45 degrees automatic reducer.

Our bridge cutting machine with wagon is meanwhile a head sizing and size cutting machine, full sizing machine and designed for X-Y cutting. 

The circular movement of the head of our machine when going backwards ( C axis ) is AUTOMATIC.

Our machine’s 45 degrees movement reducer is AUTOMATIC.

Our machine’s bridge movement ( Y-axis ) is AUTOMATIC \ Manual.

Our machine’s saw movement ( X-axis ) is AUTOMATIC \ Manual.

It can be used Manual, Automatic, Semi-Automatic or Full Automatic.

When cutting of 0 and 360 degrees, the head’s system is fixed in 45 degrees.
